xb1x repeatedly crashing to dashboard

I've not seen GGG address the many issues of crashing to dashboard. The console bug report is filled with similar complaints and I've not seen a GGG reply since 3.7.1c came out.

There is no error code - just a black screen and smooth transition to dashboard. I've had it happen in maps, my hideout, during story. Sometimes while engaging monsters, sometimes just taking the first step out of the portal. Prior to 3.7.1c this would happen occasionally - now it's happening six or seven times per hour. I've been kicked in same map four times.

It has rendered this game completely unplayable. I'm trying to start a new character and I cant even get to unlock the waypoint of the zone before I'm kicked to dashboard. It is frustrating and GGG appears to be just ignoring all the complaints about the issue. Can you please just let us know if you're paying attention and trying to fix the issue?
