Every 5- 6 Min Game Crash Randomly

Seriously this is just stupid. Im getting blue screen every 5-6 min randomly.
I don't know that is it same for everyone but for me it is like torment.
At least you can give information about what is happnening to game for PS4.
Could you please solve this problem or at least give an information?
