Turn off visuals on item (Impresence: Maddening Presence)

Hey there,

Got Impresence (chaos) and noticed the visual effect the item grants (Maddening Presence buff).



This visual effect is so big, so intransparent and so obtrusive, that it's hugely irritating to play with. It makes looting, distinguishing enemy spells and following the minimap very difficult. Add in a Legion, thousand spells, an overlay minimap and various minimap loot icons and this buff will block your view significantly.

Is there any way to turn that thing off? It's not classified as a skill gem, so you can't use the "no effect" MTX on it (sadly).

Editing the game files (disregarding the fact, that I wouldn't know how to do that) would be against the ToS I assume and result in a ban?
