[3.7] Viper Strike Pathfinder

Hey Guys what do you think about the Patch notes, Viper strike now attacks with both weapons. Is this a buff? A nerf? Not important?
I am thinking about starting with a similar build... |

" Yeah, that sounds like a buff. But honestly, Assassin is now probably way better for claw/dagger poison builds, so I am not planning to keep updating this build after 3.7. My builds:

I dont see why, ofc Assa got some defensive nodes, but the prolif is still the big thing in my oppinion.
