Need help with freezing pulse build

Hey all,

I'm pretty new to this game and was wondering if some more experienced players can give me feedback on a build I plan to use. I want to use freezing pulse as my main move with either ice spear totem or spark totem. I built a passive tree and want some feedback on what I can do to optimize it because I am new and inexperienced. Thank you.
