Legion commander drops nothing when player is in hideout during the "dying" animation

Hello,

today I was battling "Cardinal Sanctus Vox" in map and I needed to refill my flasks few times during the battle, so I was stepping through portal back to hideout. Sadly I went into hideout once he started performing the "dying animation", before the loot drops. When I got back into the map, he was gone and no loot was dropped.
I guess it doesn't happen that much, but on other bosses the loot always dropped even if the player was not present in the area when the boss died.
