Spell Echo Support + Unleash Support

Do the skill gems Spell Echo Support and the gem Unleash Support work together properly? For instance, I have both on Arc. (And both are shown to work with Arc) I technically should be casting 5 times at max seals but the animations only show like 2 or 3 casts. (It's too muddled to see for sure) Can the animations just not keep up with all the casts? Is it actually casting 5 times?
