Soul of Ryslatha flask recharge not working

So im really bad at doing traps in the lab trials and I usually just mash my life flasks while eating spikes but i noticed earlier while doing a trial that the Soul of Ryslatha pantheon wasnt regenerating my life flasks and it wouldnt start working again until I went back to my hideout and swapped to a different minor god and then back.

I was doing white maps with no mods and the trials themselves have no mods and the pantheon would just randomly stop working at times and couldnt be fixed til i changed pantheons.
