Can you please help improve my current gear? I'm on quite a low budget.

I did, a small overhall to the build yestoday and went from 97-98 without dying in t16 haunted mansion without looking at mods besides ele reflect and always corrupting.

I also have alot more experience with watchers eye mods and I found a way to utilize herald of ice+ash+purity+ enlighten level 4 combined with -9 mana cost made it possible to sustain 3 heralds.
The reason I wanted to use ash besides the extra damage was ignite. By having this extra fire we always ignite on crit, which means that I can use for a whopping 10% more damage.

Furthermore I am still able to fit precision and the best mods for precision is crit multi. Attack damage is very strong too.

Lastly I fit for a free hatred aura, so I could also hatred. The best mod for hatred is crit imo.

I also changed the passive tree a bit, leaving me at 5.7 k hp, but it shouldn't be a problem hitting 6k

So I just went from 97-98 without looking at mapmobs (Other than ele reflect) and corrupting every single haunted mansion T16.

does it even make sense to change to recent gem update if i dont have this watchers eye?

Voidforge is the same, just less attack speed. Foils are so expensive that it isn't worth. Hmm yeah the ignite and flask combo is great imo, but otherwise no not really :) as I said the builds work with Hoi and lightless and voidforge. Doesn't need much else

Flasks. I don't think you read the guide. I explicitly said that you don't need to link voidforge.

i am not talking about sixlink when i say i still need to link it
