Flame Dash Double Cast Issue

IMHO it's not really a bug, it's intended. They introduced queuing up spells this league which means with faster cast speed you're going to be holding the button down longer than the time needed to queue up a second cast... again, unintended side effects of queuing up spells, which they could just take it off for certain spells and would fix it. (maybe)
