Was PoE PS4 removed from market?

I dont see it on the free2play gamelist and when I try to start it it says "Cannot connect to the server to verify the license" and the PoE app icon has a lock on it.

It means you're on a profile that hasn't downloaded it, and the one thst has isn't set to primary that PS4. Or you aren't signed in to PSN, and don't have it set to primary.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

Ok nevermind I guess Playstation Network is exepriencing issues but I still think its weird that PoE isnt on the playstation Free2Play list with all the other games. Whats up with that? Wouldnt it being listed in the Free2play section bring in tons of other players?
