Cinderswallow Urn Question

Enemies Ignited by you during Flask Effect take 10% increased Damage

So i use ancestral bond and dont use any attack or anything.
All damage is done from my totens.
So this 10% increased damage will apply? Since i'm not ignited the enemys but my totens.

The on kill effect i know dont work.
