Upgraded map device not unlocked after finishing a 4 legion domain
 As can be seen, I have completed the Domain of Timeless Conflict with 4 legions inside of it. However my map device remains un-upgraded.  Not sure why this happens, but perhaps it might have something to do with dying near the end of the encounter?
