" There are too many random mods in the pool I can't list them in a cheatsheet, so check POEDB or WIKI for the details. Each faction has its own set of random mods, with different degree of randomness. Karui and Maraketh are the less random one, while Vaal is completely fucked up and pretty hard to use. There are 2 extra mods on the Templar jewel itself so you will have some effects per 10 devotion before you can reach notables. Useful... Now someone please explain WTF 'Per 10 Devotion' is and how to attain it. Patch Notes 3.15: Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. All the affected passives can roll either +5 or +10 Devotion. Small nodes only get Devotion. Notables either get Devotion or one of the special mods that're based on it. And then based on the amount of Devotion you have, you may qualify for the bonus from the special Notable mods, as well as get the benefit of the two Devotion-based bonuses on the jewel itself (they don't have thresholds - they scale with how much Devotion you have).
