Elemental Proliferation + Righteous Fire?

I've mentioned this a few times before, but here it is again:
75% fire resist
+5 Elemental Adaptation
+5 Saffell's Frame unique shield
+3 Purity above level 17 (additionally with Inner Force)
+13 Ruby Flask with Inner Force
= 101% fire resist.

Once you have complete fire immunity, you want to get all the Burn Damage passives and gear you can, and run 4 Ruby Flasks and a normal health/mana flask "of Dousing". You'll be killing things fast enough that your ruby flasks charges will always stay topped off, and even if you're doing nothing else, you'll be incredibly tanky.
