Can't find recipe "Attributes Rank 3" or didn't unlock

I searched two times the whole western forest and Alira camp to find the the recipe "Attributes Rank 3" like it says at the crafting bench but i can't find it anywhere.
Or maybe i did them already but it doesn't unlock it.

Same goes for:
Labyrinth Trial "Chamber of Sins Level2" -> "Mana Regen Rank 1"
Labyrinth Trial "Lower Prison" -> "Double Resistances Rank 1"

Thats what i did so far.

Well I just got Attributes rank 2 in the quarry in act 9 so I don't think rank 3 would be in the western forest.

You say it couldn't be in The Western Forest, but in the crafting menu that's exactly what it says?

So where IS attributes rank 3?

Were you checking the Western Forest in Act 2 or Act 6? Pretty sure it's in Act 6.

For anyone who comes by searching for the Western Forest recipe location:

It is in Western Forest Act 6 in Alira's enclosure (where she used to be in Act 2).

It appears that after picking up the "All Attributes Rank 3" Recipe, it will clear it from the list of recipes you don't have, yet still not enable you the use of All Attributes rank 3 crafting. It looks like none of the sites that have crafting information even acknowledged that is exists. Guess it has been bugged forever.

Same here. Unlocked the recipe from Act 6 forest, but it does not appear on crafting bench.

flat Attributes only have 2 ranks. (Don't trust POE wiki; pm me if you don't know how to edit the wiki to correct any error)

% increase of Attributes have 3 ranks. And it should be in Part 2 of the story. And you know, quite a lot of area of the acts have namesake right?

I have the same bug, but with the cold damage suffix for amulets. My crafting bench says under the heading "undiscovered" that cold damage rank 1 is in the solaris temple lvl 2. It is located at the solaris avatar fight, doesn't show on the minimap and I can't unlock it. This should be 9-12%, I already have the 13-16% cold damage mod (rank 2).
