Disciple of the Unyielding : Endurance Charge Generation

The label Says 5% on Kill.

I have ran 3 maps now in a row and I only get charges once or twice out of all the hundreds of mobs. There is something off about the generation.

In Delve I can clear the whole delve boss spawn area without generating any charges.

I'm also experiencing issues with charge-generation on my Icicle Mine Saboteur. It's never granted me any additional charges on kill.

I, too, am having issues lately with endurance charge generation linked with Leap slam. Some maps I get 0 and I'm hopping up and down on all their faces like WTF

then maybe on another map I can get regular rate of generation. I check whether or not map mods say monsters are stun immune also. for whatever reason, it is just too inconsistent to put a finger on it from my perspective. I've swapped out blood magic for stun support bc you know maybe monster stun thresholds are higher than normal (for whatever reason), same results: some maps just generate little to 0 endurance charges, while on the occasional map, it will respond as if nothing is wrong. I just dont get what is going on here.
