Latency Issues in Singapore servers

I've been getting different pings on every instance, in some instances its 9 ping, other cases its either 70 ping or 190 ping. I'm in Singapore realm the whole time and the three different listed pings are consistent throughout the whole instance. Is there a problem on the server side?

Have same issues on Japan and Singapore servers about 2 years. Tech support still dont know what to do i think. Last league this problem was at start about 1-2 weeks and at the end, at the middle of the league i has no issues. Now i have this + constantly high ping on Japan server (was 40, now 200ms).

I asked tech support about this, they asked me to screenshot, i sent it and now waiting their answer about 1 day.

Getting the same issues as above, only started in Legion

edit: I switched to Australia servers and there isn't this fluctuation, instances always give me 80ms
