Flame dash Bug

For some reason my flame dash randomly cast twice. It isn't 100% of the time it happens but often enough to realize its not how it should be acting. And no its not an item or any other source with echo. I have been able (to some extent) get it to do it many times. Just a quick click and it goes off twice. I am not holding it down or double tapping.

Not sure whats going on with it.

Yes this is a serious bug. It happens because skill queue was introduced.

Right now flame dash has instant cast (btw it is also bugged, consecutive casts after the first still have cast time). When you press your flame dash button, you cast the skill instantly, and if the button is still pressed when animation ends, it gets put into skill queue again, and since it has no cooldown, it casts again

That actually makes sense. Hopefully its fixed. I end up out of position or back to where I started like 1/5 maybe 1/6 of the time. Way to often it happens even tho i am not holding the key.

At least its not just me. Thought I was missing something.

same here, even tried replacing the keyboard assuming the spacebar was getting stuck or something.

its like randomly having a echoing shrine activated every 3-4 casts, bouncing around uncontrollably. makes it pretty damn hard to aim :(

yeah me too, and happens totally randomly. Can it have something to do with cast speed? My friend doesn't have any problems with flame dash and she has less cast speed than me

This is not only a flame dash thing. It happens with any spells. I do believe it is to do with the new "animation canceling" feature.
My guess is that when you cancel it tends to get stuck in a casting state and tries to cast again ?

It isnt because you're holding the spacebar down too long, it only happens when you dash into monsters. no matter how fast you press the button. you can dash around an empty map just fine

i can't dash around any where fine at all. i cant even cast spells fine. once it starts its like 1/3 chance it will reoccur
