Failed to import hideout template

I cannot import layouts, or reclaim all decorations, from hideouts which I have used in patches 3.5 or 3.6. When I click "Reclaim All", I get the "Failed to reclaim one or more Hideout doodads. Please create a new Hideout instance and try again." error message; when I try to import any hideout layout, I get the same error messaged, but followed by "Failed to import hideout template." I have tried rebooting my computer, but it did not change anything.

its still not working no matter the Bug Fix with the last patch
