Dummy target for your hideout

With all these new supports and skills I would like to get a dummy to test out new supports swapping in and out to see my raw TTK (time to kill). Maybe it might be ridiculous to someone and even considered not necessary. However PoE is a complex game and being able to test my skills in raw form in sterile environment would be a great idea.
For instance it would be far easier to assess for me whether for my Dual Strike better option would be new impale support or maybe just another more damage support. I know there is PoB and it does a great job but it shows only numbers, I would rather base my opinion on my own tests. This thing doesn't have to be hard to implement, and we dont need a combat log to pull this off, as I know GGG is kinda against idea of CL. It would be enough to have a dummy with X amount of HP which would take a beating until HP is depleted. In the mean time counter would start and stop at the exact moment of 0HP, as simple as that. Dummies could go in different variations like Boss lvl 83-85, lvl 75, maybe pack of mobs to test aoe skills etc. This really isn't hard to grasp and It would hurt no one to have that convenience at our disposal. What do You guys think? I know all player come and say : "ahahah nice, u have try a bot u get ban, sooo nice" but i tell u its just for try, for see and for know. POE is complex? LOL no, as it shouldnt be, this is not WOW or EQ, all we need is a working tooltip, which we have not gotten yet since game release

Fun fuct: Did You know that even such easy game like Division 2 with not even 10th of the complexity of PoE has dummy targets so You can test ur simple gear? EDIT: BTW it is funny u mentioned WOW because actually PoE with its all mechanics of crit, accurency, how armour works not to mention in relation to eachother it is far more complex than rather simple mechanics of wow?
