3.7 spectral tactician occultist?

Inspired by demigodking, I tried a champion tactician build, and got it to LVL 85, late yellow maps, but it sucked trying to 'hit' everything, and abyssal cry was crap for getting them to AOE. Add to that the tactician playstyle works fine until you just die.

BUT, I'm looking again at occultist spectral tacticians and wondering how the new melee changes will affect the minions of your minions.

Questions are:
- Will the tacticians SRS be able to hit for splash damage?
- Will this splash damage be able to proc profane bloom if it kills something?
- Will the tacticians start casting with frozen legions around?
- Can you even curse frozen legions?


If the answer is yes to those, then tactician screen melting could be a nice cheap league starter with great AOE.

The cost should be peanuts, and if it all works, you'll get each tactician srs doing 14K splash damage - up to a maximum of 150.
Then add in profane bloom, which will do up to double the damage this league, since all minion health goes up.
Then add on some animate guardian buffs, flow untethered buffs, and your own srs, and you have some exciting prospects.

Now I'm off to see how chieftan tacticians might look....
