Crave the Slaughter + Rage Suport

With those 2 combined, we can only get, at máx. 1 rage per 0,4 sec? Even less then if we dont use the suport? In this case Crave the Slaughter will be almost an unuseful passive, just a route to get to Rite of Ruin?

Interested in that answer as well. It seems like you gain rage faster with both, but I'm not positive

1 rage per .4 second from support, 1 rage per .3 secobd from crave the slaughter
