New Passive Longshot

How are y'all going to make the new passive Longshot, which gives: 20% increased Projectile Speed and Projectile Attack Damage, and Projectiles gain damage as the travel farther, dealing up to 40% increased Damage with the Hits to targets, BETTER than the Deadeye Ascendancy Far Shot, which gives: 30% increased Projectile Speed and Projectile Attacks gain Damage as they travel farther, dealing up to 30% more Attack Damage with Hits to targets?

Now I know that what I am looking at may not be set in stone, and tbh, I am hoping that Path of Building just got it wrong, because if this is how it actually is, not only does Longshot have TWICE the raw damage as Far Shot when it hits from max range, but Longshot (distance travled aspect only) effects hits (projectile spells included), whereas Far Shot only increases the Attack Damage of said hits, making Longshot far more versatile. this seems incredibly unfair to anyone using the Deadeye ascendancy considering how much stronger a regular notable node is when compared to an ascendancy node.

I am really hoping that there is just an error with Path of Building, because despite me loving strong new passive nodes to take, this kinda feels like a slap to Deadeye players. I'm assuming that I would in theory be able to take both, I just don't get why the ascendancy one is weaker. If I am misunderstanding something here, then anyone reading, feel free to enlighten me, because this seems a bit scuffed.

I don't think you understand how "more" and "increased" damage work.

Also, get in line after raider who is far more shafted in the current meta.

More vs increased
There's no powercreep here. Creep implies it's slow and could be overlooked, this is a full out sprint.

Is one additive and the other multiplicative?

Also, I'm in both lines, I switched to deadeye because of how raider feels lol.
