Changes to Juggernaut vs Slayer

No. slayer just isnt stuck being 2h only now.

juggernaut is undisputed at the moment.....

Slayer's not getting much tankier with his changes, they're mostly just dps. Juggernaut will continue to be tankier - and based on the manifesto, will easily hit 100% accuracy. Jugg's going to continue being very powerful, though I expect slayer will out-dps him, especially at higher gear levels.
