3.7 build idea: bitterdream occultist

I checked the items I wanted at the end of synthesis, and found the budget would be about 1 exalt for helmet and 75 chaos for boots. 1 extra exalt for presence of chayula, but the new SRS amulet will do fine for more damage. Rings and jewels are good in PoB, but not much changes if you use cheaper stats.
It's untested, but seems like it will have:

- High, reliable, constant, chained freezes
- self cast or totem SRS
- 2 defensive curses
- Decent ES regen and recharge + stun immunity
- 8K EHP
- Chills for days
- no need for 6 link
- profane bloom plus phantasm pierce for mob clear
- 600K dps from spectres/phantasms + 1 mill dps from SRS

I haven't played with Frost Sentinels yet, but seems like an interesting idea.

Two things to note:
1. Going hybrid without the chaos res from Presence of Chayula (since you were thinking of replacing it with the new SRS amulet) could spell trouble.
2. It might be better to skip the Written in Blood wheel, pick up Foresight instead, and path through Foresight saving some travel nodes allowing you to get more life nodes from the Scion life wheel/rectangle.
