Unable to update. Error: Transferred a partial file while downloading.

I've been trying to download the update for the past 2 hours. Tried restarting my pc, running poe as admin and also disabling firewall. None of them worked so far. It always state a 2 lines:
"Error: Transferred a partial file while downloading
http://pathofexile.com/3.6.6.1/Metadata/StatDescriptions/stat_descritions.txt"
I tried going to the link below and it only mentioned that resource not found.

HELP ME PLEASE.
