Absolutely valid concern. I think you're onto something. This isn't the first time I've noted users reporting different patch sizes, in fact this is a phenomenon that has occurred regularly since PoE was released on XB1. It absolutely could be a major culprit in the myriad of seemingly unique issues that individual users report experiencing.
