Hello, i had this problem for a long time, i got ambush and my game freezed, few seconds later i was dead... a few days ago i respond in another thread that i had the same problem, but i had no respond from GGG, so i mailed the tech support and they gave me a solution that it worked! " Hey there, Thanks for getting in touch with us! Could you please try using the "-gc 2" and "--noasync" parameters when starting Path of Exile? For the stand-alone client, this can be done using the following steps: Create a shortcut for Client.exe Right click the shortcut Select Properties Navigate to Shortcut tab Add options to the Target: "...\Path of Exile\Client.exe", after the quotes For the Steam version: Open Steam Navigate to Library tab Right click Path of Exile Select Properties Navigate to General tab Click Set Launch Options Please let us know how this goes. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. Not for me and a lot another people, that is why i made this post, because there is people that don't want to be bother mailing GGG, so i did it and at least help one more player with this problem. When I found this post the day before yesterday, I was so excited. So I tried it after work, but it apparently made things worse or something. Syndicate lag as usual killed my char just before reaching level 97. Heartbreaking. It's almost always the same. Syndicate members appear, 1 or 3 sec freeze, then my char dies.
