Damage reflection - Herald of ICE "Damage cannot be Reflected" Question

The reference to "Damage cannot be Reflected" obviously I am missing something with this game mechanic.

Once Herald of ICE is active on a character does it prevent ALL Damage reflection types, or just elemental / just cold / other?

Are there situation where one could still receive Damage Reflected back to the character in combat?

There is nothing specific stated here:

Any maps with % reflected (Elemental) still cause Reflected Damage.

Can some clearly explain this further please.

It only applies to the AoE cold damage dealt by the on kill effect of the skill itself.
