PC a Shaped thicket bow please NAMED" Doom Fletch"

Is this worth anything, and I'd also like to know if this would be worth crafting multi mod onto it?
any and all insight would be greatly appreciated! Also what mods do people mostly want to have on a 1-handed bow?
