Mouse grip for POE
Obviously comfy mouse is my preference. And the only type that gives comfort is big mouse, so your arm rests effortlessly. So that makes palm grip.
And you will find no mouse as palm grim exists. All mice are tiny. I dislike rarity so much im almost quitting poe2. GGG.

I just bought a new one myself. The Logitech G502 is amazing, and I would highly recommend one, since they came out with those new mouse sensors that track better.
The Logitech G502 also comes with weights you can put inside the mouse, if you think it's too light. Last edited by ThePesmergia#0889 on May 28, 2019, 12:56:30 PM

Back in the D2 days I thought I was getting carpal tunnel or something due to all the clicking.
Turned out that I was using a mouse that was too small for my hands, which caused me to curl my fingers a bit so that I could click the buttons. Once I switched to a mouse like the Razer DeathAdder/Razer Mamba my hand was able to rest comfortably on the mouse with my fingers mostly extended. No problems since. |

Definetely palm is your choice. You can be fast enough, even best players of the world use that grip.
You can buy something like that: Decus Respec. Point is to make all your finger and palm lay on mouse. Your fingers do not move mouse like with claw/finger grip - mouse movement is mostly done by your palm, meanwhile fingers mostly only touch mouse, they do not hold mouse when moving around. Your fingers shouldnt be "prolonged" but usual position like you would put your hand on the desk in front of you while sitting - thumb is touching index finger - and when on mouse there should be no more than 2 cm space between them. But definetely you should at least two weeks do not use mouse, screwer, type or sewing - etc. If you are employee, doctor will give you out of job along with physiotherapeut and reconvalescence time. Use Autohotkey to simulate left and right button on keyboard till you will be fully ok or even after that time. Even if you think you are ok, you give it at least three weeks, till you going to click again. There is no other way to heal your hand otherwise you will have problems again. Make hand better in worm and protect your nerves with magnesium and b6 vitamine. Use elastic wrist supporter, that helps a ton. ![]() Last edited by Rexeos#3429 on May 28, 2019, 2:15:43 PM

I have wrist issues when mousing and not just from this game, any mousing will do it.
While it's awful for something like a FPS these work great with games like PoE: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/wireless-trackball-m570 |

move your movement skill off your mouse. I have attacks on mouse 1 and 2, I have the little feet icon that moves my character on a keyboard key so I can hold a button down and my character just follows my mouse. This means I take all the strain of clicking to move with my right hand and I switch it to simply holding doiwn a key with my left arm which is far less stress cause I dont move that arm and hand, its static over my keys.
with that setup I never get bad wrists etc in arpg games, I use the same setup for all the diablo games, grim dawn, torchlight etc. I cant play any arpg type games that dont let me put force move on to a keyboard key, thats how used to it Ive got. I use a logitec G502 mouse also. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
