Largest minion in POE?

Well I think there's plenty to debate over the validity of some of these as viable, things to look into for this idea;

Herald of Agony: Big spider buddy that comes out when you poion folks. Less 'big' but it can be a primary damage dealer.

Reaper: big reaper gal, eats other minions to buff and heal, and has a on command dash slash. Down side you do want some other minions for it to eat, generally skeletons or phantoms summoned via kills.

Vaal Absolution: New this league, an odd duck, starts as a lightning spell, but its zaps make a minion that also use the skill. The vaal version upgrades one to a VERY big minion with a duration.
