Annulment Orb BUG !!!

well when GGG confirms it works like they want it to work, then what you are reporting is not a bug. This you have to understand !!

So there is no more reason to continue this tread and may I suggest that you e-mail GGG support for futher discussion about this.

if they would remove the chance to anull those mods, then you could craft very good items very easy and they would not be so rare and ggg does not want that.

Not a bug but definitely a piss poor implementation of crafting. Just another example of extra layers of RNG being layered on top of themselves.

Won't happen, it's designed that way.
Crafting in PoE is strictly geared toward Fuck the casuals, reward the nolifers with their avalanche of currency or streamers with their sycophant army.

Hey OP, you should craft "Cannot remove prefixes" to protect your "Cannot remove suffixes" prefix, then you can annul to your heart's content and never lose it!

I agree entirely, but this particular interaction has nothing to do with why. This is a perfectly logical interaction. "Cannot remove suffixes" is a prefix, and thus doesn't protect itself. If it did it would be terrible, since you could never remove it and thus lose that slot entirely.

I think cannot remove prefix/suffix should be much cheaper than it is, but regardless of the cost its behavior is entirely appropriate.

that's my gripe too. you spend 2 exalts on this craft, to just scour it away. and then spend ANOTHER 2 exalts to multimod your item afterward.

And by logic yes u are right it cannot protect itself - but by the cost price - MAKE IT PROTECT ITSELF. if not - make it cost 15c - thats what its worth atm when its possible even 2 times in a row to anul it and lose 4 ex and 2 anuls - TRASH FEATURE.
