Memory Fragment - doubt

Hi, I have a question about Memory Fragment. From what I understand, from the Tier 6 maps, shaper's orb drop only from maps to which they are influenced by the Elder? It is?
and the last 4 are by the guards and killing the Elder being this on the map tier 15, correct? but I din't understand how to get the memory fragments XI to XV ( the last five ) someone can explain to me how it is work? More specifically, Memory Fragment. You then bring it to Zana who gives you Shaper's Orb. You get tier 1-10 Shapers orbs from Elder-influenced t6-15 maps (maps are marked with a blue circle when it's possible to get a Memory Fragment from them). You get last five Fragments by killing Elder and his Guardians in red tier maps; he doesn't need to be in a t15, but has to be in a red map. Guardians can be in any - their area level will be the same as Elder's.
