Can 'instant life leech' blood seeker ignore life leech cap??(20% max life) ex) i have 6k life and 1m hit damage i get 1200 life leech on hit or 10k life leech(1% damage leeched as life) on hit?? gd Last bumped on May 4, 2019, 4:22:22 AM

as far as I understand, each hit will only be able to leech up to 10% of your maximum life. If you have 6.000 life, 2% life leech and hit for 100.000 damage you will not leech 2.000 (2% of 100.000) but only 600 (capped at 10% of 6.000).
