What defines a 'veteran'? +more

Hey guys! I am really excited about this game so far, but im curious about HOW to become a veteran and how this will influence my chances for a beta key.
Does anyone know for sure that becoming a veteran on the site will help my chances? i can guess as easily as you can that it will but im looking for something more than that. Also if any of you guys that have a beta key have been playing PoE and have feedback that would be interesting. Moderators coming soon. Genius publicity ideas have sucked me into this game.

unless you can go back in time mate, you wont become a veteran. I would not worry though the chances are still small.

A veteran is a person that has posted on the forums before the beta started.
