Help evaluating watcher's eye three mods

Hi, just started gambling with samurai eyes, and got this.
I think it's valuable, but i have no idea how to value it, could use your help on this:

I estimate this in the 100ex+ region at least on standard. The damage mods are very valuable (leech abit less so). Triple damage mods would be worth more but this would be worth a pretty penny as well.

Omg this is insane. If it could come even close to that price it would be amazing.
So i should wait for the standard league to sell it?

do you plan to play standard league?
or do you want to try another build this league?
or you can go nutz with your current build this league.

That's the thing, I don't think I would be interested in standard. But also, since I started to play poe at the beginning of this league, I wouldn't be able to utilize the jewel at its maximum (even though it could be fine for my build, playing a ranger blast rain).

So if I can't sell it right now, I"m just gonna use it, and spend the chaos I make in standard for fun.
At least now i have an idea on how to price it.

you might not sell it for 100 ex, but you could to for less

also you can spam it on trade 820 channel and see what ppl are willing to pay for it. you will get many crap offers.. but who knows.

i could take it off your hand for 6 EX and use it on my molten jugg :D

I need to learn more about how economy work in the different league, I that kind of item doesn't sell full price on non-standard, better not to sell; luck like that does happen twice

well, there is no "full price" or anything.
the "economy" is basically what players are willing to pay for something.

how does leagues work? like seasons in diablo (if you know that)
there is "current league" and basically no league (standard)

on standard, everything is OVERPRICED and hard to find stuff to buy (I actually played 20 minutes last night cuz my necro died hardcore and had to do a couple of achievements still)

so selling it "full price" on standard would be useless anyways, since everything is more expensive on standard.

so if you can find someone to pay 100ex for that on synthesis, well, great.
if not, and you need the EX to fund something, just sell it for what ppl are willing to pay (probably more like 10-20-30 ex?)

the leech is mediocre stat (1-2 ex, only a few builds really make use of it) and the phys conversion is nice, but don't know how effective.

for example my molten strike already has 60% conversion. so adding another thing on top would not make it too much OP...

PS: the 6 EX was a joke. that's how many EX i have left.

PS2: I see there's one posted for 150 EX 4 hours ago. you can see how that goes.

also, I see a few with 2 mods that were posted for 10-20 ex almost a week ago. i can imagine if they didn't sell for 10 ex, nobody would pay 10 times more for an extra mod.

So, I'm actually really curious about one thing: what is the incentive for people to rush a league? if you can do exactly the same thing as in standard, I'm not sure what the motivation is
