Claimed Twitch Prime rewards, didn't get them

Hi, guys, I claimed my Twitch Prime rewards a day ago and waited for them to appear in my account. I connected it through Steam which is where I play PoE now, but I have yet to have them appear in my microtransactions stash. Any idea where they are, what happened to them?

If you've followed all the steps listed here to get the Purple Cosmetics Bundle and are still unable to see the items in your microtransactions tab, try unlinking and relinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch here. Is unlinking and then relinking the account safe? On Twitch it says the reward was already redeemed, and I don't think it'll reset if I unlink the account, at least I don't wanna risk it.
