Warning To All: Don't Place Bottled Faith into Unique Stash Tab!!!

Thanks for the warning! What an unsatisfying response from support. The Unique Collection Tab should be pulled from the shop immediately.

This bug is really weird.

I decided to place another flask that I have never add into the unique tab before and those missing flasks decided to show up and they are all tagged as "unowned".

And I was able to retrieve my Bottled Faith from the bugged tab and here it is:



Then I decided to port to Oriath and back to my hideout. Those missing flasks that were accessible reverts back to their inaccessible state.

I am definitely not going to put Bottled Faith back into the unique tab till GGG have this bug fixed.

Item wasn't "lost", it become inaccessible due to stash tab bug. "Thank you for your support, we will do nothing to help you".

PS: with all those supporter packs, didn't you know - it is you supporting GGG, not GGG supporting you?

Quite right, nothing to add :) From all of my support requests none was satisfied, even a technical problems with game client (that one had discussed almost 2 years :) ) If you ask me - i have no idea why this fake 'support' still exist.
P.S. Their policy (about item restoration) is horrible indeed, yes, they dont care about players time, and have a bunch of flaws... but i'm still here, and you too...
And we are continue to supporting them, therefore, we enjoying their work, isn't it? ;)

Any news on that one ?
I'd like to buy this stash tab, but i don't know if it's safe at the moment to put items in it :)

Not fixed yet. The bug is still there for me.

My flasks are still missing from the unique flask tab in Synthesis so I don't think GGG did anything to this bug.

Previously I was still able to see those missing flask if I try to move an existing one into the tab but now this tab has turned into a "Remove Only" tab, I couldn't even do that...
