And what does R3 mean? is R3 a suffix or prefix?

it does not have 7 stats. it has one, or more, hybrid affixes. This item has two hybrid mods:

it has Prefix rank 2 armor+health. It also has Prefix rank 5 armor%+stun and block recovery. The 3rd prefix is rank 3 health.

R3 means rank 3 crafted.

ah, interesting, too bad there is no way to find out if R3 is suffix or prefix, I guess I would have to look it up or check my crafting bench :) thanks

its resists. resists are always suffixes.

also, rare items can ONLY have 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes. The item shown has:

Prefix R2
Prefix R3
Prefix R5
Suffix R3
Suffix R2

Crafted mod. Because it has 3 prefixes, you KNOW the craft is a suffix.
