Best starter class to try
Hi,
Ive tried PoE on and off over the years but am thinking of making a return. I wanted to ask what people think would be the best/easiest class to start with I usually play a melee class, but would like something I wouldn't find to complicated or over whelming to get back in to it. So any suggestions would be much appreciated. Many Thanks Last bumped on Apr 25, 2019, 9:25:27 AM

It´s not about class but more about build.
If you want to play melee (which is not meta right now) you can try marauder or duelist. Totems - Templar Spells- Witch / Shadow / Templar Minions - Witch Bow - Ranger |

" I would suggest a high mobility build, if you are going to play in Synthesis Challenge League as you need to be fast enough to run through decaying zones in Memory Fragments (both collecting and in Nexus). You will also then be able to do Incursion (Alva) a lot easier. With Betrayal going core mechanic in game it also helps to deal with Intervention from Syndicate. Those spawn portals and attack, often ranged, and when threat from you get too high they jump into portals just to spawn another place and attack. Look at what kind of ascendency that looks ok for what you wish to do in game as those define more your build then anything else. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Ascendancy_class#Ascendancy_skill_tree https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Immortal_Syndicate (Short: Syndicate - part of four division where one is Intervention - important for crafting recipes, getting scarabs and other items - NPC: Jun) //RexyCat |

" Elementalist Winter Orb is not the best build in the game, but it is a dirt-cheap starter character that trivializes most of the game's content, is easy to gear, and relies primarily on inserting Winter Orb into an items that links it to Greater Multiple Projectiles. Luna's Blackguards - a guild of bronies - is now recruiting! If you're a fan of our favourite chromatic marshmallow equines, hit me up with an add or whisper, and I'll invite you!
