I live in Florida, USA and for some reason, I have been placed on the Amsterdam (EU) Realm. The lag and rubberbanding are so extreme the game is practically unplayable. I am trying to soldier on as I absolutely love this game. However, I would greatly appreciate being on the (DC) realm or one that I don't experience these issues. I am a PS4 player with excellent connection speeds, both upload download, and zero packet loss. A response from a member of Grinding Gears technical support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Look I'm getting 1-2 fps at the worst and it's destroying my survivability. This is an unacceptable state for any game to ever be in. Please acknowledge.

I also made a post about this. I doubt it will help but at least we get to vent. I'm on the Aussie server and I've died a number of times in Uber lab because I literally rubberband back into the traps. It is immensely frustrating.
Then in Delve last night my game froze for a full 5 seconds and when it unlocked I was in total darkness with the cart nearly 2 screens away, and yeah, I died. This is major bs. Like you I love the game, so it almost feels like a form of psychological abuse lol. Seriously though, GGG have really dropped the ball on this one. " That doesn't help much does it. I have been switching between all 3 EU servers for the last couple of days. The lag is so great that the game is litteraly unplayable. I live in the UK London and have 100mbps fibre broadband that is more than enough for every other game that I play but in POE on my PS4 it has been terrible the last 2 days. Please do something about that lag. EDIT: Swapped on to the Moscow server. Currently playing with there around 120ms which is still better than that nonsense in the EU servers.
