[PS4] Missing Cosmetics

I opened my free Fire and Ice lockbox yesterday, didnt have the time to see what it was that it disappear without me pressing anything. I think it was like mudlike footprint. When i go to cosmetics it said that i have no Microtransactions to display and when i try to equip footprint or any other cosmetics it just load forever.
I dont really care for that cosmetic to be honest but in the futur if i want to buy some cosmetics, i dont want them to be lost because of a bug. Or maybe there’s something im missing.

Am I the only one that happen ?

PSN name is the same as my name here if a dev want to check my purchases and my cosmetics, to see where the problem is ;)
