PS4 Starkonja's Head lv60 silken hood

Ok so when I look at these hats in the market, I will see maybe 1 in 10 of them having an added ability regarding a specific skill ability bonus like +dmg to blast arrow or something about the cyclone ability. I was wondering if that ability is craftable into the hat because I was wanting to do the 50% chance for additional rain of arrows. Also would that ability work on Vaal Rain of Arrows?

Also sorry last question I couldn't find anywhere else on the internet. Are there really bad unique rings that pop up that players would sell on the market for cheap like 1 Chaos orb or even less if that's possible? I am considering going the 60 unique ring crafting route for my end game chest Loreweave. I am a experienced Diablo 3 player just trying to quickly learn the ropes on PoE. I like playing on the controller a lot more cause its easy on your wrists and isn't a click fest which I definitely appreciate GGG ty for your hard work.

For Helm you need to run lab 3 or 4, with 4 having the higher and better results. If you poke around on that site I linked, you will find daily layouts and other tips.

You should be aware of the "odds" if you are counting on getting a particular Helmet Enchantment. The list can be found here:

Update: I am now wearing a 4 linked LoreWeave chest because I traded in 60 unique rings. Most of which I got for 1 Chaos or better deal. I am running through Lab#3 and I have the piece to attempt Lab#4. I traded my only exalted drop ever for a 4 socket/linked DoomFletch's Prism the higher level one. The guy on youtube says I am apparently supposed to team up for uber lab because I am too "glass cannon" even though I have picked up every hp bonus on my own passive tree as well as 2 adjacent I only sit at like 3500 hps for now. I am also rockin Starkonja's Head, Signal Fire Quiver, 1 abyssal socket Tombfish Gauntlets, a Pyre ring, a random decent rare amulet and other ring and a random junk boot and helm with movement speed and some resists. Any thoughts?

I checked out that Lab link as well pretty neat that they kinda scout out the whole lab for you before hand. Thanks for that btw. Thank you for all that you do
