[PS4] High attack speed Whirling Blades issue

I am playing on a regular PS4, cabled connection and the problem is I am experiencing abysmal rubber banding with high attack speed Whirling Blades. From my knowledge and research it appears it's intentional, in case of speed hacking etc. So my question is is it even worth using this skill or should I just switch to leap slam? Also are there any fixes, I've never had problems with my internet connection, so I don't think that's the case.

PS: I don't even have lag issues it's just the rubber band from WB

The game client is desyncing with the server. When the client is syncing with the server it sets u back on the server last known position.

Sometimes its also not possible open chests and doors because the server thinks u are on a different position.

At the moment its better to move with movement speed until this is a bit better.

I also dies a couple of times because of that rubberbanding.
I gave up on my elementalist arc build due to that desync, this game have the WORST NETCODE EVER, ping 20, no packet loss and I can't use whirling blades without desync. I tried to connect to a distant gateway (ping 160 or so) for testing purposes and the game was 100% unplayable.

Coming from Tera, where my ping was 160 and I had no issues at all, makes me wonder how bad the netcode of POE on console really is.

Despite that, I like the game, so I created a new character, an occultist herald of agony and since the survivability is now much better and I use blink arrow for movement, the ride has been smooth and I think now I'll reach 90 without any issues.

So, my advice is, don't build squishy characters on console or you'll die a lot due desync and seems that issue is plaguing xbox from the start, so forget about a fix anytime soon.
I'm having the same issue on my gladiator. Using whirling blades is basically a rubberband fest and will likely lead to my death. Might just reroll into a tank...
Yep the descync is normal with high speed movement skills use the movement skills to get out of a jam and for short movements and you are fine, if you use it as your primary way to get around you will have issues.

Since the console can't support lockstep mode this is probably as good as it is going to be for a while, it is very playable but you do have to adjust to it. Having played in pre-lockstep mode on the PC this you just get used to it for the most part.

Or they could implement lockstep mode.
