Encounters I / Defeat fragment of winter... cannot be completed

I had 10+ blue Volatile Ice alive several times, failed the challenge each time.

Yes, it can be completed. Its just a pain the ass. Many of us however have got it. Even if it was via a less AOE guildie who twinned it, dragged one away then killed the other one... All my builds would blitz the other one and his summons even off screen at the same time causing it to fail.
