Ps4 Disconnect when teleporting to Lioneye’s Watch

Hi, may be someone will be able to help me sort it out.

When I use teleportation scroll it’s okay (from time to time)but when I travel through the waypoint to the Lioneye’s watch I get disconnected. It is quite annoying as I am only level 7 and it kinda spoils the game experience.
I tried to change servers as I am located in East Europe (tried London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt) - nothing helped. What may be the problem?

Same happens when I try to enter the town through the gates (from the coast).
