Social gamers wanted! (EU, SC, Synthesis)

I was in random groups the other day - can't say I've seen mobs, can't say we played together, had a headache afterwards. Everybody had one of four builds. There was no greeting, no farewell. Can't say I liked it.

Are there social players out there? Guys that can do without boasting or burping into my ear? I would very much like to play in a specialized team – curse support, aura, dd, tank … something less of a hunting competition against each other and more of a collaboration.
