yeah the int is not bad it's "the of the Savant" mod (36-42) with the max value for it
"of the Virtuoso" could have 43-50 and it's ilv74 , but well can't have it all ;)
(EDIT LOL IT IS 50 NOW , SO I WAS WRONG XD!)
+50int is basicly +25 mana and 10% increased Energy shield

the cold resi is the woste roll it can be divined into 35% well not epic but better then a life mod ... at least for a CI user, hehe
and the lighning mod is the higest possible, but also the wost roll ;)
the "of the Lightning" mod can have a value of 42 to 45

so as i see it it has almost the perfect mods with quite bad roll
so let's link it and then diven it ;D

to get more fuse donates and create 6l faster i think you should
1)Get another 5l to use whilest crafting this one
2)Get a stream and use all donated fuses right away on it so the person who gave em could see the process

this would make it much faster, lots of people don't want to wait for "someday when enough donates" :)
